Finings of new research say that the erectile dysfunction drugs such as Cialis, Viagra and Levitra may increase the level of oxytocin, a reproductive hormone released during orgasm.
Research was carried out by scientists at the Wisconsin University at Madison. They examined tadalafil (active ingredient of Cialis) and an allied chemical known as T-1032 on rats in the lab.
As a result, the rats’ pituitary glands formed more oxytocin.
The only question arises from this research is that if this is possible in human too?
The answer is that the topic deserves an advance study. But the study shows no signs of improved oxytocin fabrication without stimulation.
“The ED drugs do not results erection spontaneously. They only enhance the response to sexual stimulation,” states Jackson.
