In one phase of study 216 men with diabetes related impotence were given 20 mg Cialis dosages for 12 weeks. Results give 94% of men taking Cialis 20 mg reported impressive enhanced erections during sexual intercourse. Cialis treatment has given significantly improved results at the end of all study, regardless of patient age, duration and severity of impotence or diabetes.

Despite including men with these diabetes related complications, few side effects were reported in this study. Headache and indigestion were the only side effects reported by most patients. The majority of these side effects was mild-to-moderate and diminishes with continued treatment.

In one another study patients of impotence (including men with diabetes) took Cialis 25 mg dosage for eight weeks. At the end of study 88 percent of men taking Cialis reported improvement in erections.
